You may not be the first to have gained the impression that this lady's three ha'pence short of a shilling! I gather Archbishop Smith was somewhat underwhelmed by her grasp on reality.

Thanks. I was none too keen on her remarks this summer regards the London riots Seems the dear woman had a hissy fit at the thought of police using water canon on those burning down buildings and threatening people's lives. As we say in America: Her elevator doesn't go to the top floor anymore. There are splinters in the windmills of her mind. She's not playing with a full deck. And my favorite: dumber than a box of rocks.
