I've never under-
stood. But then I don't have siblings or enemies... anyone ever do this or were you ever the "vic?" Someone once tried to tell me that sneakers over the phone wires were a sign that a drug selling house was nearby...but given the 'hood I'd been in, that might apply to almost every one of them! The "beauty" of this particular stunt is that I've never seen anyone in the act of doing this.
[And the crappy gray skies are indicative of the rotten overcast weather we've been having the last two weeks. May gray/June gloom? Fine. Bring it. But it's JULY for crying out loud.] Taken 4th of July.
