This is utterly despicable! I signed the petition. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
As uncharitable as it may seem i wrote in the 'reason' box...

I know. I am really appalled. But then what should "we" expect? They kill babies in the womb.
I can remember reading somewhere that it should send off an alarm to parents and others that children who abuse pets and other animals can develop into sociopaths. It's supposed to be a real red flag, along with a few other behaviors.
I am appalled that someone is sponsoring this as "art" in many countries this guy would be thrown into jail where he belongs.
I'm ill.........
