I'm too exhausted to bitch about zero trying to shut down the internet in time of emergency. Too bad he can't meet up with "someone brandishing a sword." The devil's companions know not whom they serve.

Any link that has ♫ plays music. Duh. So if you're goofing off at work you might not want to click that particular link.

Uh, Sondheim? He tends to do the same lyrics over and over. Sounds an awful lot like Into the Woods. I'm not familiar with this musical, so I'm not getting the whole reference here.
PS: Have a great weekend!
Hi Packrat. I quite like A Little Night Music. Even if you get to see a stripped down version, go see, it's quite fun. I've always like waltzes, so I suppose this is his hommage, everything being in 3/4 time. This is the musical "Send in the Clowns" comes from. You'll enjoy seeing the song in context. [He really DESON'T do the same lyrics over and over at all. He's quite the most clever thing in shoe leather on that score!]
I like this plot and score a lot more than ITTW. There isn't a song on the CD I don't like. BTW, Glynnis John (had a narrow vocal range, so SITC was tailor especially with her voice in mind and her phrasing is just as Steve wanted it without a lot of those drawwwwn outtttt worrrrds as so many render it.
If you do like Musical Theatre, click the tag that says "musical theatre" and you'll see a lot more vids I like from the musical theatre realm.
Thanks! Obviously, I've never seen Send in the Clowns. Even though I played the piano and sang in choir, my musical knowledge is very limited. Trying to educate myself.
"Send" is a song in A little night Music too.
As opposed to "Send (Who are you? I love you)", which is a one-act, one-woman opera composed by Michael John LaChiusa for Audra McDonald.
(Sometimes it slightly frightens me that I know this stuff.)
Stephen I LOVE it that you "know this stuff."
