They are a shambles. Corrupt, self serving and grossly inadequate.
That oil for food scandal, with people from the UN personally ending up richer because of it was disgusting. The ONLY benefit to having that nest of vipers on our particular shores is it makes it easier to keep an eye on the spies planted amongst them ....
