It's the little things in life that mean so much. It just rained like all get out 5 minutes ago. Just long and hard enough to wash my car, which had been fillllllthy!
It may not seem like a big deal to you but we haven't had rain in ages. Oh a little coastal misting...but not genuine rain. The kind that washes cars rather than just rearranges the dirt.

Very, very nice rainstorm. The sound on your video is soothing. Maybe we can make a continuous loop for the dry days.
And thunder yesterday, too! Very East Coast - I loved it!
And I made meatloaf today....the weather has been so crazy the bugs down here are confused. It poured today in San Diego. I gather, Digi, that the animals were starting to gather two-by-two in LA.
