Say some prayers for the folks up in Montecito too, who've already had 13 injured plus lost 100+ homes so far, and no sign of containment of the fire at last report. Usually by this time of year the danger has passed, but not so lucky this time.

It was cooler here in Phoenix today. I keep telling people that if you can live through the summer here, the rest of the time is great!

Yorba Linda is burning now. The sky outside my home is horrific with the smoke coming down to Santa Ana.
Yorba Linda?! Oh, God. That's so "in town. So far no high winds here in SD county that I know of, though it's expected there'll be high winds.
