Saw this at the gas station the other day. [Not the Shell Station with the "fountain."] What's amusing is not so much that someone defaced it, but that apparently, this particular pump was right outside the cashier and he/she didn't notice the person altering it? How stoned were THEY?
Also, think about the person pumping the gas. How does their mind work to thing "hey, if I can just take out THESE particular letters....." What did they scratch them out with, a car key? I can't imagine this being something that had long term planning.
