Where's a good exorcist when you need one?
I can not bring myself to pray for Nobama. However, I do think he should be prayed AT. Of course, I'd be happy to be in the proverbial "Amen corner" should that come to pass.
Good thinking, Adrienne. That sort of covers the Waterfront. Even those Chicago union thugs. [Where's Karl Maulden when you want a priest to beat the snot out of someone.]
You and me both--it's hard to pray for your enemies--but God tells us if we only pray for those who love us--what good is that--even sinners do that--so I dare ya--go ahead, pray just one Our Father, and just one Hail Mary! (Gee, since I dared you, does that mean I'll have to pray one too?--ewwww.)
Why not say the prayer to St. Michael often and send our guardian angels to help Obama's guardian angel who obviously needs all the help he can have...
I'll pray for him in the sense the rabbi in Fiddler on the Roof advised the JEws in Anetevka to pray for the Tsar.
[on rec.arts.theatre.musicals the no further reference would need to be given ... however ... just in case "....may God Bless and keep the Tsar ... FAR AWAY FROM US."
So, okay, "May God bless and put that bastard back in Kenya from whence he came."
You got it, Jackie, good to have you back - prayers for your m-i-l and sweet Emily too. Your family has had a rough week. May their souls, and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God Rest in Peace.
Anonymous posters are fine, but please give yourself a nickname so I know anon I from anon II. "Jack/Jill of the Amazing Wolverine Tribe" is preferable to "anonymous."
Close enough Karen. (Especially considering the number of people that are praying TO him.)
ReplyDeleteNow a REQUIEM .... A good friend of mine told me that in the TLM there were 3 types of requiems.
ReplyDelete1) the person was a near saint (rare)
2) Average Joe's funeral...probably go through purgatory and require lots of prayers, but would make it
3) no way in hell is this guy going to heaven, but we've got to bury him as he didn't technically commit Mass murder
I think Nobama's assisting in mass murder.
Just pray for "God's will to be done". That should take care of that freak....

Anon... I expect Obama's Guardian angel is on strike, or decided to join Lucifer!
ReplyDeleteThis really is my new blog...glad of a link Karen again!
