I was bummed the day we went the Mounties were in their brown.... [There I was, expecting to see Dudley Dooright! I did see the horsies though.]gemoftheoceanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05521207668262592414noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3499957141699011933.post-20971581618314056952008-12-29T02:56:00.000+00:002008-12-29T02:56:00.000+00:00Definitely, cats love the stuff. Nowadays, our 3 kitties prefer turkey, although tonight I did catch the 10-yr-old, Chloe, rolling one of the ornaments around the floor. Despite her age, Ms. Chloe still thinks she's a kitten! Merry Christmas to you, and a Happy New Year, from the windy province of Quebec in the Great White North!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3499957141699011933.post-28380262506731175212008-12-27T18:46:00.000+00:002008-12-27T18:46:00.000+00:00ROFLMAOROFLMAOAdriennehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01562944653624224107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3499957141699011933.post-43847449600416029112008-12-27T14:50:00.000+00:002008-12-27T14:50:00.000+00:00Jackie, that's probably because your kids get to t...Jackie, that's probably because your kids get to the tinsel first! ;-Dgemoftheoceanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05521207668262592414noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3499957141699011933.post-37507919967067504222008-12-27T14:19:00.000+00:002008-12-27T14:19:00.000+00:00Well ours doesn't!!Well ours doesn't!!Jackie Parkes MJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07986690514568554656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3499957141699011933.post-62380185645536433032008-12-27T03:33:00.000+00:002008-12-27T03:33:00.000+00:00Terry, cats will eat the nastiest stuff, so I'm no...Terry, cats will eat the nastiest stuff, so I'm not surprised. But we are always "surprised" when our pets act like the dumb animals they are.

Adrienne: Oh. My. a Yorkie and chocolate, much less the aluminum. Maybe the aluminum held enough of the chocolate in it to "pass on through." Any way you slice it it sounds like an emergency vet trip. Lucky Clem didn't die right there.gemoftheoceanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05521207668262592414noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3499957141699011933.post-33693724439535754952008-12-27T02:37:00.000+00:002008-12-27T02:37:00.000+00:00Very dangerous for cats...My very first Christmas ...Very dangerous for cats...

My very first Christmas tree was one of those ugly foil ones (worth a mint now). All I could afford for decorations were hollow chocolate balls wrapped up to look like ornaments. I didn't know my first Yorkie, Clem, was busy eating all the balls off the bottom of the tree.

When he pooped on the patio of my apartment his BM'S were spiriled with the shiney aluminum wrappers. They looked like festive barber poles. It took awhile to figure out what was going on. Funny the chocolate didn't make him ill....Adriennehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01562944653624224107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3499957141699011933.post-58963813667023930772008-12-26T17:02:00.000+00:002008-12-26T17:02:00.000+00:00Cats too!Merry Christmas.Cats too!

Merry Christmas.Terry Nelsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09819523933502820341noreply@blogger.com
